Hello. Along with the rest of Taos county, we too are experiencing technical issues due to phone and internet outages. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!

Our phone lines ARE DOWN! There is one incoming line that is working but please be patient as we can only answer ONE CALL at a time.

VOICEMAILS are down. Please don’t NOT leave a message as it will not be received.

Also, due to phones being down, our fax machine is also down. This is causing issues in send and recovering faxes, records and prescriptions.

We hope to have these issues resolved ASAP so we can get back to normal business function.

If you are having a medical emergency please call 911 or present to the Emergency room.

Facebook is not HIPPA COMPLIANT, so please don’t not leave messages on this platform.
