I’ve been so busy tending to my own garden, I barely noticed… today is the Spring Equinox ☀️🌿

Let’s spring forward, carried by the winds of change.

In my life, the foundation is set.
The roots are anchoring.

This isn’t the beginning of something new…
It’s blooming alignment and Legacy Era 🌳

Power that no longer needs to survive,
but chooses to create life instead.

Chiseling away at my Goddess Temple. 2023/2024 spent pregnant or had a baby and nursing. Now that we are in the swing of life as full time spiritual baddie and mama 🐻 of 4.. time to honor my vessel in the highest frequencies possible.

I’ve been called to change the way I nourish my temple 🍉 🍎 🍓 those who’ve been around me this was hard when I was pregnant. My body called for nourishment and my trauma called for comfort. Leading to familiar and toxic choices.

I’m moving my body and in the gym again 💪🏼 this was hard pregnancy and postpartum because of my complications. I did move and walk but it wasn’t near enough

I’m detoxing my body, of chemicals, heavy metals, parasites etc. I’m ensuring as I cleanse and detox I use vitamins, supplements and NOURISHING foods! To support my temple in this process.

I’m sweating in the sauna regularly and cardio daily 🥵

I spend as much time outside in nature; grass; lakes as possible 🌺 🌼 🚤 🛶

When we get back to the basics nurture ourselves we will feel better than imagined. Our bodies are important, but also our soul.

I’ve never been soul aligned more than I am now. With passion and purpose I move with ease and support. Abundance is all around me inside and out because I am abundant
