ATTENTION: State Employees: Open Enrollment Is Here!
If you are satisfied with your current health coverage, you do not need to take any action to stay enrolled. If you are not making changes, your current elections will automatically continue.

This year brings an important change. The State of New Mexico is transitioning its Plan Year to align with the State’s Fiscal Year. Here is what that means:

• A 6-month “short plan year” will run from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026
• No premium changes during this 6-month period
• Reduced deductible and out-of-pocket maximum to match the shorter plan year
• New premiums will begin July 1, 2026 with the full new Plan Year

You will have another chance to update your benefit elections during Spring 2026 Open Enrollment for the new full-year plan beginning in July.

✅ Enrollment Deadline: November 20, 2025
✅ Late enrollments will not be accepted.
