The High Frequency Loft is a high powered training studio and spiritual community space in Taos New Mexico started by Alana Lee & Colton Silva. After twelve years instructing at high-end gyms & studios in Los Angeles & San Francisco (YogaWorks, Bay Clubs, Crunch, Google, Task Rabbit, Yoga Mayu, Mark Blanchard's, Rising Lotus, Forward Fold & more), and training athletes, CEOs, Princesses and celebrity clients, they chose to bring their knowledge and enthusiasm to Taos NM. Here, they have created a space for visitors to root though their physicality so they can expand their spirituality for self healing through AcroYoga (the partner practice of communication), meditation, vegan food, music, dance, fitness and so much more. ✨ Everything Must Go Sale — This Sunday at High Frequency Loft ✨

It’s hard to believe this chapter is coming to a close. For almost nine years, High Frequency Loft has been my first baby — a dream I birthed into being, a sanctuary for healing, movement, and community. Through its walls have flowed laughter, tears, breath, song, and transformation.

As I prepare to say goodbye to this space, my heart is heavy and full all at once. Losing my studio and losing my sweet Stellarae in the same season has brought me to my knees. Both endings have reminded me of the sacredness of life, the beauty in creation, and the heartbreak that often accompanies letting go.

This Sunday, we’ll gather one last time for an Everything Must Go Sale — not just to clear the space, but to honor all the memories, connections, and frequencies that have lived here.

If this space has touched your heart in any way, I invite you to come by — to find a little piece to take home, to share a hug, to say goodbye, or simply to feel the love one more time.

Join Dr. Arin Levy of Enso Sounds & Healing Arts for an immersive gong meditation designed to cultivate stillness, deep listening, and presence. Surrounded by the resonant tones of up to 16 gongs, singing bowls, and other sound elements, you’ll be guided into a meditative state that supports nervous system regulation, reflection, and restoration.

The session begins with a brief grounding to help us arrive fully in the space and community. We’ll take a moment to appreciate all sounds as healing, and release expectations of our time together. After a short guided meditation, Arin will weave a tapestry of improvised sound into a sonic story that unfolds intuitively. After the sound fades, we’ll rest together in a moment of silence to integrate the experience and appreciate the sounds we heard, and the stillness we feel.
