To my wonderful community and everyone who has reached out today—thank you for your prayers and your incredible support.

I want to share an important update regarding my work here in New Mexico. After much prayer and a deep dive into the latest 2026 federal health initiatives, I have decided to evolve the way I serve this beautiful state.

The Update:
Out of a commitment to full administrative integrity and respect for our state regulatory boards, I will no longer be offering Live Blood Viewing (LBV) services within the state of New Mexico. My heart has always been to work in collaboration with the standards that protect our public, and this shift ensures that Truly Terrain remains a leader in compliant wellness education. What was most interesting is that no one notified me of the new law affecting LVA, but God revealed it to me. I praise Him. He showed me not only the new laws impacting my wellness services but also the two new federal initiatives that were enacted less than 10 days ago to shield wellness technologies.

The Vision: Terrain Mapping 2.0
While one chapter closes here, a much larger one is opening. I am moving my New Mexico practice fully into Terrain Mapping Consultations.

What is Terrain Mapping? It is the art and science of becoming a "Data Architect" for your own vitality. Instead of looking for disease, we map the "biological soil" of your body. We look at the trend-lines of your life—hydration, cellular resilience, and metabolic efficiency—to help you build a body that is a fortress of health.

What’s Next?
I am currently expanding my office into new Federally Shielded technologies—innovative tools that are fully aligned with the January 2026 FDA Wellness Standards. These tools provide incredible "Visual Literacy" for your wellness without crossing clinical boundaries. I’ll be announcing these new additions soon!

Danbury Hospital became the first hospital in Connecticut to offer colon hydrotherapy, a warm water infusion, as an alternative method to cleanse the bowel to prepare for a colonoscopy. Colon hydrotherapy is more convenient, quicker, and eliminates having to drink a gallon of liquid laxatives the night before.

"Patients now have a choice," said Joseph Fiorito, M.D., chief of the Section of Gastroenterology. The innovative new method is called colon hydrotherapy, a procedure that infuses warm, filtered, chemical-free water into the colon to cleanse it prior to colonoscopy.

A trained technician provides hydrotherapy in a private room in a soothing atmosphere with little discomfort to patients. Patients lie on a stretcher for the 45-minute procedure that flushes water in and out of the colon.

With colon hydrotherapy, patients avoid the inconvenience and often messy preparation of drinking laxatives prior to the procedure. "Some people find the palatability of the liquid unacceptable," said Dr. Fiorito. "Many people can't tolerate drinking the gallon of liquid laxatives required the night before a colonoscopy to cleanse their colon. Colon hydrotherapy is also much more convenient," he added. "People don't have to worry about having to miss work, not eat for 24 hours and stay up all night because of diarrhea."

This procedure is especially beneficial for the elderly who sometimes can't tolerate the volume of liquid that they need to drink, along with feeling side effects from the laxatives. The elderly are also more prone to electrolyte abnormalities and kidney damage from the laxative cleansing process.

Having fun asking ai about colonic studies. They dont want to give them to you. So I then asked dont you know about the Fiorita study? Then AI gave it to me... Dr. Joseph Fiorito, chief of gastroenterology at Danbury Hospital, conducted a comparative study evaluating colon hydrotherapy as a bowel preparation method for colonoscopy. He compared three methods:

50 patients used Colyte (polyethylene glycol)
50 patients used phospho-soda (aqueous sodium phosphate)
50 patients received colon hydrotherapy
Key Findings
Cleansing Quality: Hydrotherapy achieved significantly better colon cleansing, especially in the right colon. Endoscopists rated cleansing as "good" in 92% of hydrotherapy patients versus 49–62% in the other groups.
Patient Preference: 98% of hydrotherapy patients said they would use it again, compared to only 40–52% in the other groups.
Tolerance and Comfort: Patients reported hydrotherapy as more comfortable, convenient, and easier, avoiding issues like nausea, dehydration, and overnight diarrhea.
Safety: Particularly beneficial for elderly or ill patients, as it avoids risks of electrolyte imbalances and kidney stress associated with oral laxatives.
The study was presented at the American College of Gastroenterology Annual Scientific Meeting, with results indicating hydrotherapy as a safe, effective, and highly preferred alternative for colonoscopy preparation.
