I'll go first...
The first 90 minutes of my day are a testament to my commitment to routine and self-care.
My day starts with a glass of room temperature water, refreshing and vitalizing my body after a night’s rest. Following this, I engage in Pilates stretches that invigorate my muscles and prepare me for the day ahead. Next comes my time on the stationary bike. In these 10 to 15 minutes, I feel the rhythm of my heart quicken, which energizes me and sharpens my mental acuity.
Breakfast follows, where I prioritize healthy choices that nourish my body. This meal is not just fuel; it's an opportunity to enjoy the flavors and textures that sustain me. Finally, I carve out time for prayer, meditation, and journaling. This triple-layered approach allows me to express gratitude for my blessings, reflect on my thoughts, and set daily intentions. By including prayers for others and introspection, I cultivate positivity that resonates throughout my day.
