Saint Anne's Chapel at Oak Grove Retreat is a unique historical venue for special occasions in the Tarboro area of North Carolina. This restored 1920s Episcopal Mission Church with parklike grounds is maintained year-round and has a rich and interesting history. We have hosted a wide variety of events over the years, including weddings, receptions, meetings, retreats, reunions, entertainment, picnics, and more.

For Tickets - Explore Ancient Knowledge w/Freddy Silva

My first workshop of 2026 sees a return to Oak Grove Retreat in Tarboro, NC. From 9-4pm I will be presenting Searching for the Source of Ancient Knowledge, followed by Lost Lands And Ancient Architects.

The location of the venue is both appropriate and unusual: a Gothic Revival chapel situated on land belonging to the Lumbee, Skaruhreh and Tuscarora tribes. There is limited seating in the old chapel, so grab a ticket or five while they last.

It is a great day to watch a Freddy Silva documentary and plan to attend his upcoming talk Explore Ancient Knowledge w/Freddy Silva here at Oak Grove Retreat Feb 21st. We have called sold tickets for 2/3’s of our seating so don’t hold off from securing your spot.

This original series presents ancient Egypt’s unique culture through the eyes of its creators, the Shining Ones, Followers of Horus, whose arrival coincides with an agricultural revolution along the Nile in 10,500 BC, following the partial destruction of their island by a swarm of meteorites that triggered the ice age.
Filled with new multi-disciplinary research, we see, for the first time, the purpose behind Egypt’s iconic monuments, its creators, and their aim to “rebuild the former world of the gods.”
