365 Home Care, is hiring for a Data Entry Specialist who is responsible for in putting data in the billing software, Microsoft Word, Excel. He/she is also responsible for collecting all documents, organizing, and digitally filing those documents within the 365 Home Care shared file system. Assistance in Accounts payable and other data entry activities required

Job Functions:

Collect all documentation to be processed in HHAexchange

Review documents to verify their accuracy.

Make the required entries into billing system.

Keep all documents organized and grouped accordingly and scan into folders on shared folders.

Forward processed documents to the appropriate Field & forge personnel to allow paperwork flow to continue.

Client Entry in the billing software.

Accounts payable entry.

Other special projects and data entry as required.

Having Experience with HHAexchange is a Big plus
