*New* Dance Classes with Andrea starting next Monday, December 1st! Both are for All Levels.

Contemporary: Mondays at 5:45pm

This Contemporary dance class is designed for Adults. However, teenagers ages 13 & Up are welcome to join. Students who are new to dance are welcome to try! Andrea will provide modifications.

Contemporary dance is a style of dance that combines techniques from various genres to create a free, expressive, and innovative form of movement.

Contemporary dance’s goal is to communicate and express through the body’s manipulation of time, rhythm, space, gravity, breath, and energy.

Belly Dance: Mondays at 7pm

Learn to belly dance for fitness and fun! In this class, we will focus on learning and improving belly dance technique including different types of shimmies, hip-drops, isolations and undulations.

This class will incorporate belly dance drills and combinations to help improve our technique and to facilitate the development of becoming a better dancer! Most of all, we will have fun!
