We have an incredible paid opportunity for IMGs and FMGs looking to begin a residency program in 2026. We are looking for goal-oriented, motivated, and hardworking international medical graduates. Our mission is to educate recent foreign medical graduates and prepare them to become successful physicians in the United States.

We are an active outpatient cardiology practice in Tarzana, Los Angeles, California, which specializes in outpatient cardiology, interventional cardiology, and invasive electrophysiology. We are looking for IMGs who want to enhance their clinical skills by participating in all elements of the physician/patient experience, as well as the small details involved in running a private practice. As an IMG, you will be gaining invaluable clinical experience. We are also dedicated to assisting you with the preparation of your USMLE board exams and getting accepted to a residency program.

With the extensive knowledge and tremendous experience that you will obtain from our office, we strongly believe that you will have a tremendous edge when applying for residency. Our previous foreign medical doctors have all been placed in highly-competitive residency programs. After completing the program, past employees have received a strong letter of recommendation from a doctor who is a faculty member at the U.C.L.A. School of Medicine and has taught cardiology and internal medicine at Albert Einstein Medical School in New York City.

Our mission is centered on preparing you to match into a high-level residency program. We train students and foreign medical graduates and provide them with the opportunity to match into their desired residency programs.

Unlike postdoctoral research programs, we are mostly concentrated on providing hands-on clinical experience. While you work at this position, valuable research and publication opportunities will be available based on personal experience.

We would be able to enhance your skills in the following areas:
• Outpatient assessment and treatment planning
•All outpatient ultrasound procedures
•EKG interpretation
• Office and personnel management
• The creation and use of electronic medical records
• Research opportunities
• Interaction with medical students and other IMGs
• Training techniques for your USMLE preparation
• Assistance in preparing your application for residency
• Enhanced training for residency interviews

Need job security? Having a chance to return to work right after you take your test is priceless! The most commonly made mistake while preparing for your USMLE is to work and to study at the same time. We will provide you a dedicated study gap before taking the USMLEs.

This is an incredible opportunity to gain experience and add depth to your application! Finding a residency in the US is a challenging, costly, and sometimes painful process. According to the E-Newsletter for International Medical Graduates Pursuing Graduate Medical Education in the United States, Our success rate placing previous foreign medical graduate employees into residency programs is 100%!!!!!

We are looking for exceptional and dedicated people, who are serious about pursuing their goals and dream to be a physician in this country. You will gain valuable clinical experience and knowledge while studying for your USMLEs. In order to qualify for this incredible opportunity, we are looking for a minimum of a four-year commitment. We would be flexible in allowing you to take blocks of time off to study for your exams and to interview for residency positions.
If you feel that you are a great fit for these amazing opportunities and live within 30 miles of Tarzana, CA, please send us your resume.
