Our soon to be Seniors (Class of 2027) entering their Clinical Year on Jan 5th, the same day as the new Class of 2028 arrives on campus for Day 1 of Orientation. Over 2000 applications were submitted—fierce competition and stellar candidates!! So these, now seasoned ones, right here, will become mentors, and so the cycle of “paying it forward” goes! Our small but mighty doctoral class— 1 year anniversary today! Thank you Dr. Michael Clark, our Director (in photo) and to my capstone mentor, Dr. Deborah Bank “Dr. Deb” for all of her sage advice. A wonderful event sponsored by Mission Community Hospital and the LAPD 5K run/walk. Our Touro PA students took control and monitored BPs and blood glucose levels, and counseled on nutrition in controlling both. Much fun had by all!! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️💨🥇🚑🏥🩺🩻⚕️💊💉🧘‍♀️👮🚓🚨

After this, Clinical Coordinator (see pic in first comment) presented the “Senior Talk” as they get closer to embarking on their second year of cutting edge medical rotations in the field!
