Job description
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to work with our growing team of Health Care Professionals. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for dealing with patients who suffer from behavioral challenges, including those with mental disabilities, and developmental disorders. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach language, communication, socialization, compliance, independence, and self-help skills. Additionally, the candidate will work to reduce challenging behaviors that impede learning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work one to one with consumers with autism or related disabilities
Implement ABA interventions and procedures
Collect accurate and consistent data related to programs and target behaviors
Provide feedback to parents/caregivers and teachers outlined within the program plan
Accept and apply ongoing feedback provided by supervisors, administration and clinical director
Communicate parental concerns and emergencies to supervisor immediately
Maintain professionalism with consumers, parents/caregivers, and all FMBT personnel
Utilize structured and unstructured time to implement outlined goals
Utilize NCPI techniques as part of a BIP when a consumer engages in high intensity aggressive behavior
Provide service to diverse families of both low and high SES homes
Attend and participate in monthly clinical meetings
Attend and participate in ongoing agency wide trainings
Communicate electronically via phone and email
Minimum Physical Requirements:

Ability to play and interact with clients on the floor for extended durations of time
Sit/stand/walk/run/jump/crouch/kneel/reach above head/crawl/bend and lift at least 50 pounds at any time
Maintain safety of the client and surrounding environment during session
Required Educational and Field Experience:

Possess a BA/BS degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, psychology, child development, education, special education, social work, or a related field.
Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis principles (Additional training provided)
Experience working with special needs population

The primary role of the Administrative Assistant is to welcome and guide new clients, prospective clients and new staff and current staff into our agency, providing information about our services and guiding them through each step of the onboarding process within a fast-paced environment. The Assistant will be an incredible asset to our company and will require the ability to thoroughly understand, support and embody our mission to service a family community of special needs in a collaborative and cohesive team manner. The Assistant will be the confident face of our company and will be viewed as the one-stop-shop for all client and staff administrative needs.
The Administrative Assistant is an energetic, warm and professional individual, who understands the sensitivity of our service, and deals with each client and staff member with their whole heart, as well as with integrity and efficiency.
The Assistant requires strong computer skills, proficient customer service, and communication ability, expressing a polished, and well delivered message over the phone and through email. This position requires the Assistant to manage many tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
This position is Part-time.
Compensation: $18 - $23 per hour, depending on education and experience

· Complete client intake interviews with parents
· Upload client initial and ongoing information to our online management system
· Upload staff initial new hire and ongoing information to our online management system
· Create and manage staff / client work / appointment schedules on a daily basis

· Insert / manage client authorizations within our data management online system
· Proactively assist our active clients and staff with scheduling, documents, follow-ups
· Initiate and manage the credentialing process for all licensed staff
· Create and maintain all CAQH accounts for licensed staff and re-attest
staff every 3 months
· Support in new employee recruiting by attending school campuses, fairs and other locations in the community to best represent our company and inspire others to join our agency
· Support in new employee recruiting by posting jobs, managing candidates, scheduling interviews, assisting the director with interviews
· Communicate effectively with other FMBT departments to collect appropriate data/files
· Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors and input and retrieve computerized data
· Collaborates with FMBT staff on other tasks when your primary tasks are thoroughly completed
· Takes advantage of down time that would greatly benefit the company

· The schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Minimum Requirements:
· Bilingual in Spanish
· High School diploma or GED

· Great ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner
· Strong ability to manage various tasks, deadlines and ongoing requests, with ease and positivity, by the clinical director and agency staff
