Taking a couple of days to decompress before our instructor meeting next weekend. It’s so nice to take some time to reconnect with nature in such a beautiful place.

I have seen a couple of clients whose Blood Pressure did not lower even after Bowenwork… I was stumped. Now I may have a suggestion for those non-resolving cases. Magnesium is important for so many functions… make sure you are getting enough.
