Tate Medical Associates Tate Medical Associates is a traditional family practice owned by Dr. Nancy Lefever, a board certified Family Practice Physician.

Dr. Lefever has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of family practice settings. Our mid-level providers are Jill Northover, NP-C & Nance Karr, NP-C. Our Nurse Practioners along with Dr. Lefever work diligently to provide to best possible care for our patients. Our back office & nursing staff has a combined experience of more than 80 years in healthcare. Our goal is to give excellent, personalized compassionate care in a family setting. We care for all ages and accept most insurances. Please call our office to schedule an appointment. We are located in the Historic Old Tate Hospital.

What an incredible week it has been! As we wrap up our 12th Anniversary Spirit Week, we want to take a moment to celebrate all the memories we have shared together. From Crazy Socks to our favorite college teams we have enjoyed getting to honor our journey and the incredible team that makes Tate Medical Associates what it is today. We are grateful for the unwavering support of our patients, staff, and the community that have been with us every step of the way. Thank you for being a part of our family for the past 12 years !!
