Learning how to be present without getting lost in your mind; priceless.

Meditation is the practice of training your attention and awareness so you can relate to your thoughts, emotions, and experiences more clearly and calmly.

A few key points that help demystify it:

💙You’re not trying to stop thoughts
Thoughts will happen. Meditation is about noticing them without chasing or fighting them.

💙It’s a skill, not a belief
You don’t have to be spiritual, calm, or “good at it.” It works the same way learning a physical skill does.

💙The core action is attention
You gently focus on something (breath, body sensations, a sound, or even thoughts themselves) and keep returning when the mind wanders.

💙Awareness is the goal, not relaxation
Relaxation often happens, but the real benefit is clarity—seeing what’s going on inside you without judgment.

Think of meditation like sitting with your mind instead of being dragged by it.

Step out of the studio and challenge your comfort zone with this once-a-year class mashup. Our signature Anchor Barre method blends with other class styles for an unforgettable movement experience, co-taught by four instructors. We will be on location at My Village Playhouse in Raynham, MA where the lattes are unmatched and the decor is adorbs.

Important INFO:
💙 $20 investment in your wellbeing
💙 This class is for all levels; grab a friend to sweat with you!
💙 Bring your own yoga mat; we will not have extra to borrow
💙 Class will be done barefoot or with grip socks (totally recommend)
💙 Men and teenagers (16+) are welcome to take the class (with their own separate registration)
💙 Play floor will be closed to the public during this time
💙 Light refreshments and drip coffee will be provided for participants after class
💙 MVP full cafe menu will be available for purchase (if desired)
