Take a quiet pause for yourself during the evening with a gentle, 30-minute yoga flow. Join us on Thursday, August 14 at Eden Abbey for one of three calming sessions:

🧘‍♀️ 6:00–6:30pm
🧘‍♀️ 6:45–7:15pm
🧘‍♀️ 7:30–8:00pm

✨ $5 per person
✨ Please bring a yoga mat
