Florida Oncology Tavares was founded with the mission of combining technology, expertise, and compassion to provide world-class cancer care to the people of Lake County. Our center uniquely combines the newest and most capable radiation therapy equipment in Lake County with an expert physician who has practiced in Tavares for many years. Beyond radiation treatment alone, we aim to provide seamless coordination of all aspects of cancer care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. As we are independent, we have the freedom to coordinate our patients’ care based solely on their own best interests. Our center offers a number of technologies that were previously available only in Orlando or Tampa, allowing our patients to avoid prolonged travel during their treatment course. We stand ready to assist in the care of you or your loved one as you embark on your journey through cancer care.
