Mondays at 11:00am – Yin Yoga
A gentle, grounding practice with long, supported stretches and deep breathing. It’s the perfect way to release tension and find stillness in the middle of a busy month.

As of Friday, we are entering through the Front glass doors at The Collective for classes. The lobby is so nice w tea and juice and vibes! This will make class space, keep us quiet and warm in studio 💝
