Chair Yoga at Tawas Village

This class is a gentle, supportive space for all bodies.
We move slowly, breathe deeply, and give ourselves permission to feel ease in our own time.
Mindfulness and movement can help:
• improve balance
• ease joint + muscle tension
• support circulation
• calm the nervous system
• strengthen confidence and presence
