Would like to introduce our new bottle baby for the nursing home! Snowflake the Lamb! The residents all voted on her name - she is so sweet and calm - definitely different from a goat! lol

WOW!! Our Residents are very BLESSED!! We have an AMAZING COMMUNITY! We would like to thank everyone who came by and Adopt-A-Grandparent(s) for Christmas. Our residents enjoyed their Christmas gifts and would like to say THANK YOU! Our residents were overwhelmed with the LOVE!!
The nursing home had an Adopt-A-Grandparent program for Christmas and the community did not waist no time adopting the tags off of the tree! This past Friday our residents were showered with gifts! They were amazed of all of the stuff they received. It was so heartwarming to see the smiles and the generosity of our community and surrounding communities.
THANK YOU SO MUCH for caring for our residents! They truly do deserve the Best!

Thanksgiving eve we had Turkey races
The residents kept asking what is going to happen who is racing etc.. I
But they know if the want to know just Show up!
Needless to say they were surprised to see that we brought in real turkeys!
Needless to say they would not race after the food, or chase the bucket of food so we changed plans
The first one to eat corn off the floor, the first turkey to eat out of the bucket, the first turkey to p**p, first one to gobble, lol - what ever it takes to make a smile! Althugh the Turkey races was a flop they truely enjoyed seeing the real turkeys inside!

Taylor Christmas Parade of Lights is in the books!
It takes a team to make things happen and I will say the Activity department has the best team! Not knowing what we wanted to do, pulled our heads together and ended up with a pretty cute entry for the Taylor Parade of lights!!
The residents had a blast riding in the parade and waving at everyone needless to say they had their therapy workout for the day!!
