Cindy is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Texas. Cindy offers massage therapy in Taylor and Austin Texas. Freedom of movement, freedom from pain.

She practices therapeutic massage and teaches small group movement classes in downtown Taylor, Texas. Cindy focuses on a whole body approach for helping individuals recover from injury or chronic pain as well as general self care. Cupping, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Relaxation, Prenatal, Trigger Point Release.

Sunday Spa Day is BACK! Come get some post holiday chair massage at the Black Sparrow this Sunday. Massage will be set up in the peaceful green room.

Sign ups will start at 10am, massages will start at 10:30. Last massage will be at 1:30 so don't be late! If you want to sign up for a specific time send me a DM by end of day Saturday.

Yes there will be yoga in December! Join for some gentle movement, a little challenge and some deep relaxation.

Wear comfy clothes and bring a mat if you have one (I have a few to share)

This Sunday I'll be setting up a spa salon experience in the green room area of the Black Sparrow Music Parlor this Sunday during their open hours, 10-2.

$25 chair massage. $25 foot spa. $7 mimosas. If you book both the foot spa and the chair massage you will receive a mimosa or tea on me!

Other bonuses: Future massage appointments booked with me at the Spa experience will receive a $20 discount good for appointments booked through the end of February. Everyone that joins me will receive a $10 coupon toward a future appointment that you can use yourself or give to a friend.

Where is the year going? November already? Every Thursday (except holidays) I teach a yoga class at 12:15 pm in downtown Taylor.

What else does November hold? Another sound bath, time and date TBA (please let me know if you want it on a specific date or time)

Lots of availability for massage appointments.... I'd love to see you!

And stay tuned for a few chair massage dates for easy drop in "spot treatment" massages.
