EAI SENIOR AND VOCATIONAL SERVICES is a community-based non-profit agency assisting those in the community with Vocational Rehabilitation and Senior Adult Day Care needs. EAI has been providing vocational and senior community-based services to adults and seniors in Western Wayne County and the Downriver communities since 1996. Our agency receives funding from various community mental health and senior organizations, including the Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network, The Senior Alliance, The Information Center, The Veteran's Administration, and numerous local school districts. EAI Employment Resources provides individualized services ranging from vocational, skill-building, and employment opportunities with community employers for adults with intellectual disabilities and cognitive delay. EAI Engaging Adults In Interaction is a program designed to assist adults with Alzheimer's, memory impairment, or other related dementia in maintaining their highest level of ability while engaging in meaningful social and recreational activities in a safe and nurturing environment.
