We're so excited to have Kaitlyn Fiedler, LPCA on our team. Kaitlyn specializes in individual therapy with teens and young adults (middle school, high school, college age or out of college) in areas of: grief, life transitions, career decisions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Reflective listening, which is simply noticing, is an important communication skill that can improve our relationships, especially with children. As parents, we often correct or worry about our kids' actions and futures. By pausing to really notice and engage without judgment, we can create a caring environment where children feel seen and valued. Simply being present strengthens connection.
