Dear Utah, we're pleased to announce that we've successfully produced 520 bottles of wine. Unfortunately, a car accident involving my father interrupted our progress, and we couldn't meet our target. Due to his complex health issues, I'm striving to fulfill his dream. We're satisfied with the outcome and appreciate your patience. We'll resume operations on Monday. We did bordo grapes and merlot grapes this time, my dad and step moms favorite. He is recovering and hopefully he will be fine.

New********** Utah DOPL Licensing Update

We are an Authorized Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL) Provider offering Live Scan fingerprinting services.

The Division of Professional Licensing has discontinued its in-house fingerprinting, and now contracts with authorized third-party vendors. Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email with:

A list of approved fingerprinting providers (search for VREITZ Fingerprints)

An official Authorization Form

What to Bring:
Your Authorization Form
A valid photo ID
$26 fee

Important Notice:
Submitting FD‑258 fingerprint cards to DOPL is a manual process. Processing takes approximately 6–8 weeks after your cards are received. In the Livescan machine it takes 2 to 5 minutes to get your fingerprints done.

To make a meaningful difference in the world, we must prioritize education, communication, and empathy for others’ perspectives. The path to peace begins with education, which fosters understanding and opens the door to compassionate, alternative solutions.

It is heartbreaking to witness the pain of a beautiful family torn apart by this unspeakable tragedy. I am deeply saddened by the loss of a young man in Utah, who left this world while sharing his beliefs, expressing his love for this country, and striving to help others. This state, built on faith and the teachings of love and compassion, shines brightest when we embody those values.

The news in our country is increasingly filled with stories of violence, hatred, and tragedy—reminiscent of the turmoil I left behind in Brazil. It feels as though patience and tolerance for one another are fading. This is not the Utah we know, nor the America we cherish. We are better than this, and we can rise above it. This is the greatest country in the world, and we must act with the grace and unity that reflects that truth.

My heart aches for Charles’ family, especially his wife, who has lost her best friend. I cannot imagine their pain. My prayers are with them during this time of profound loss.
