Confused if it’s a cold, the flu, or allergies? 🤧 Here’s a quick guide. 👇

➡️ A cold builds slowly - scratchy throat, stuffy or runny nose, mild fatigue; usually clears in about a week.

➡️ The flu hits fast and hard - high fever, body aches, persistent dry cough and serious fatigue that may knock you off your feet.

➡️ Allergies bring itchy and watery eyes, sneezing and nasal drainage, but no fever or body aches - symptoms last while you’re exposed to the trigger.

Sniffling this season? Learn the key differences between cold vs. flu vs. allergy symptoms — and when it’s time to see a doctor.
