🍁Yoga for the Inflexible today at 3:30pm🍁

Think you’re “too tight” for yoga? This class is designed just for you. We’ll move slowly and mindfully through simple postures that help release tension, increase mobility, and build confidence on the mat. Using props like straps, you’ll learn how to make each pose accessible and supportive for your body no matter your starting point. Perfect for beginners, athletes, or anyone who wants to feel more open, relaxed, and at ease in their body.

🍁Shoulder Mobility | 6 PM
A class designed to release tension, improve range of motion, and build strength and stability in the shoulders. Perfect if you’ve been carrying stress or just want to feel more open and free in your upper body.

🍁Restorative Yoga | 7 PM
Slow down, breathe deeply, and melt into gentle poses supported by props. This practice is all about relaxation, calming the nervous system, and giving your body and mind a chance to recharge.

Melt away stress in this deeply relaxing class, using gentle poses and props to nurture your body and mind.

Saturday
• 9:00 AM - Vinyasa Flow
Start your weekend with an energizing flow! Sync breath with movement for a dynamic, feel-good practice.
• 10:00 AM - Sculpt
Power up with this fun, high-energy class blending yoga with strength-building moves to sculpt and tone.

Sunday
• 3:30 PM - Flexibility for the Inflexible
No flexibility required! This beginner-friendly class helps you stretch, release, and feel amazing, no matter your starting point.
