🌟🎉Celebrating Thelma Vinson 🎉🌟

This afternoon we gathered to honor Thelma Vinson, our nursing home administrator at Claiborne Health and Rehabilitation Center who is retiring after an impressive 14 years of service with Covenant Health and 36 total years in healthcare.

Thelma’s knowledge, business expertise, and dedication to our residents and staff has touched numerous lives and strengthened our long-term care services, including being rated a 5-star facility by CMS and being named a “Best Nursing Home” by U.S. News and World Report.

Join us in congratulating Thelma and wishing her a happy, well‑deserved retirement and many new adventures with husband John ❤️

Last night was our residents, family, and friends Christmas party, and what fun we had! Delicious food, music by the great bluegrass band Tennessee 90, and even Santa and Mrs. Claus came to join the fun!

It was a wonderful time of fellowship and togetherness, and blessed everyone present. Thanks to everyone who helped in any way, we appreciate your support more than you know.

Special thanks to a special elf that donated all the gifts and treat bags Santa passed out ❤️
