The Stone Center for Yoga & Health is dedicated to providing yoga, yoga therapy and wellness programs, and yoga teacher trainings, that are safe, sensible, nurturing, and empowering for everyone, including those with injury, osteoporosis, back pain, and more. The Stone Yoga Teacher Training is accredited with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 and 300 level, giving teachers the opportunity to become 500 hour registered teachers.
