Bridal glow-up in progress. ✨

This before and after shows the beautiful progress we’re seeing as we work toward her wedding-day skin goals. She started her skin journey about 10 months before the big day, which is the perfect timeline for creating healthy, lasting results.

Our focus has been:
• Purifying active acne
• Reducing inflammation
• Softening acne scars
• Improving overall skin texture and clarity

So far she has completed:
✨ 2 Aerolase Neo Elite treatments
✨ 1 SkinPen microneedling treatment

Aerolase helps target acne-causing bacteria and inflammation, while SkinPen stimulates collagen to smooth and repair areas affected by previous breakouts.

Even after just a few treatments, we’re already seeing clearer skin, calmer redness, and improved texture — and collagen remodeling will continue to improve her skin as we get closer to the wedding.

Come along with me for a little behind-the-scenes of a split Riverside day ✨

We started the morning in Tecumseh, and then headed over to Ann Arbor for the afternoon. Miss Raelyn is feeling a little under the weather today, so we’re sending her all the positive healing vibes so she can feel better by Monday. 💕

We may or may not have had a small dance party in the car on the way to Ann Arbor (you know you have to keep the energy up between patients). 💃

Today we also started another client on tirzepatide, and I have to say… I’m so grateful to see the community beginning to understand medical weight loss as a tool — not a cure. The most successful clients are the ones who are committed to nutrition, movement, and lifestyle, and these medications simply help support that journey.

Grateful for days like this. 🤍

✨ The camera sees what the eye cannot and that’s why advanced skin analysis is such a powerful tool for tracking real skin health.

What you’re seeing here is deeper than the surface. 🔬

These images are from our X5 Pro AI Skin Analysis using heat sensitivity mapping, which helps us visualize inflammation and vascular activity beneath the skin.

The January image shows baseline inflammation levels. By March, after beginning treatment with the Aerolase Neo Elite, you may notice some areas appear more red on the scan.

This can actually happen during treatment because Aerolase targets hemoglobin within the blood vessels, stimulating circulation and bringing underlying inflammation closer to the surface as the skin begins to heal.

In other words the laser is activating the skin’s repair process, and sometimes the camera detects that response before the eye does.

As we continue the rosacea protocol, these areas typically begin to calm, balance, and normalize, showing healthier vascular activity and stronger skin barrier function over time.

Rosacea looks different on everyone and that’s why skin analysis matters. 🔬

Using the X5 Pro Skin Analysis, we’re able to look at rosacea under different imaging modes to see what’s really happening beneath the surface. Some views highlight vascular activity and redness, while others reveal inflammation patterns and barrier health that may not be visible to the naked eye.

This deeper look helps us understand:
• Where the redness is coming from
• How active the inflammation is
• What treatments will be safest and most effective

✨Facial Rejuvenation with SkinPen + BioRePeel + Aerolase ✨

In this video I’m performing SkinPen microneedling on Connie’s face, neck and chest using the first FDA-cleared microneedling device to stimulate collagen and improve skin texture. We paired it with BioRePeel, a TCA chemical peel with biphasic technology that exfoliates while nourishing the skin for smoother, healthier results.

A few things to notice 👀
• Connie smiling and keeping conversation the whole time — microneedling doesn’t have to be painful!
• My glove changes — I even switched glove colors so you can see how often I change them to keep everything as clean as possible. Also my gauze placement when I need to adjust her luscious curls!

Connie has completed her Aerolase + SkinPen + BioRePeel series and has officially graduated to my 6-month maintenance calendar. Now her job is to keep feeding her “flower”🌸 aka skin, with SPF, hydration, and quality skincare.
