Today we showcase Tulsi (Holy Basil). My organic Tulsi is thriving! I have havested the tender leaves to dry; they will be crushed into a soothing bedtime tea for a friend.
Tulsi is an adaptogen which proves to be valuable across the board - from antimicrobial & anti-inflammatory to sleep support.
