Welcome our newest hospitalist at Johnson County Hospital, Nick Cordell, PA-C. Nick was born in Boise, Idaho, and raised on a farm in Middleton, Idaho, a small agricultural community outside of Boise. Nick developed an early appreciation for hard work, service, and the value of close-knit rural communities.

Nick graduated from Boise State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree, then completed his Physician Assistant program at South College in December 2025. He has a strong passion for rural and wilderness medicine and values the versatility, clinical judgment, and patient relationships that come with practicing in a small community.

Outside of medicine, Nick enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, practicing archery, golfing, training in jiu-jitsu, playing pickleball, and pursuing health and fitness. He especially loves spending time in Idaho's mountains and backcountry.

Nick is deeply committed to ensuring patients in the Johnson County area have access to high-quality, compassionate care close to home.
