Today, our community had an invaluable presentation & interactive discussion led by Michael Bannon, Director of the Bucks County Consumer Protection/Weights & Measures. Residents learned about various scams impacting senior citizens from an industry leader who specializes in protecting older adults of our region, followed by a lively Q&A session.

It's National Bagel Day 🥯 and residents & staff were invited to indulge in a Bagel & Juice Bar at Founder's Fare Café this morning! Cream cheese and toppings were at a premium, sandwich fix-ins offered bonus variation and fresh fruit provided a healthy balance.

‘La Cuisine’ has returned in 2026! These intimate, private tasting dinners showcase our Chefs' refined culinary skills by preparing 4 to 6 gourmet courses for a dozen or more guests. Residents also get to know their in-house culinary team on a deeper level and catch a glimpse behind the kitchen doors of their everyday dining experience. Last night's revival in the Clubhouse at Summerfield featured Executive Sous Chef Jon Bibic.

Every month, our residents receive in their mailboxes a printed newsletter, shared with The Community at Rockhill. This 6-page publication includes helpful information like the month's programs & activities, their neighbors' birthdays, new resident introductions and photos from the latest campus happenings. As a faith-founded community, another piece we include is written by our Director of Pastoral Care, Garland Meyers, who takes turns writing an article every other month with the chaplain from our sister campus. We thought you might like to read his most recent remarks for the January issue to kick off the weekend. Enjoy!

Ringing in 2026 meant the start of a new quarter-century, but did you know that this new year also brings the 𝟐𝟓𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲, or Semiquincentennial, of the United States' founding? Grace Inspired Living communities will be celebrating this nationwide milestone all year long with special events, concerts, bus trips, lifelong learning and culinary experiences.

As our staff at Lutheran Community at Telford works hard to close out the year, it was time to treat them to a special holiday luncheon before we ring in 2026! Our HR department always has the coolest door prizes up for grabs at the welcome table for employees in attendance. There were some happy campers today, pleasantly surprised to walk away with a late Christmas gift!
