This morning, we welcomed students from the Souderton High School CLEO Club (Culture, Leadership, Education & Outreach) to assist residents with their devices and technology-related questions.

From smartphone settings to troubleshooting tablets, these bright young volunteers bridged some modern complexities for our seniors through an intergenerational exchange that reminded us how much we can learn from one another. Thanks for coming, guys, and we’re already looking forward to your next visit

As Black History Month comes to a close today, we’re sharing this display that has been present at The Community at Rockhill all month long in honor of the men and women who’ve served as pioneers and public figures in our nation's history. These boards depict only a small portion of many who have forged and continue to forge a path of equality for 𝒂𝒍𝒍 of us to thrive. Thank you for your courage and sacrifice.

Residents at both LCT and its sister campus, The Community at Rockhill, have been enjoying a Brain Boosting Bootcamp every week throughout February and March. Guided by our Life Enrichment program and 𝐿𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑊𝑒𝑙𝑙 teams (Fitness Coach Kayla is pictured here), this is cognitive exercise and training at its best, folks! Here are some glimpses from Tuesday's session in the Auditorium.

February is for Fitness! 💪🏻🏋🏻

Residents of Rockhill as well as our sister campus, Lutheran Community at Telford, have been undergoing annual fitness assessments with our 𝐿𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑊𝑒𝑙𝑙 teams. These include:

1) Leg Strength: # of sit-to-stands in 30 seconds
2) Arm Strength: # of bicep curls in 30 seconds
3) Endurance: 2-minute Step Test + Marching for 2 mins.
4) Lower Extremity Flexibility: a Hamstring Stretch, distance between hand to toes
5) Upper Extremity Flexibility: a Back Scratch Test, distance between hands held behind back
6) Agility/Coordination: Timed 8-Foot Up-and-Go (8UG) Test

Based upon their averaged results (one of three levels), our Fitness Specialists create an individualized plan for the next year!

𝒫𝓁𝑒𝒶𝓈𝑒 𝒿𝑜𝒾𝓃 𝓊𝓈 in welcoming our new Residency Counselor, Jamie Czerniakowski!

Jamie has joined our Sales & Marketing team to help future residents explore Independent Living at our community. She has worked in senior living for 15 years and loves to curl up with her two cats and a good book. Jamie especially enjoys traveling with her husband—Paris, France has been her favorite destination!

Seasons at The Meadows enjoyed a lively celebration of the Chinese New Year during Tuesday's special dinner event. This global observance kicks off the new year as dictated by the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar, marking the beginning of spring with a new moon appearing sometime between January 21st and February 20th every year.

🐎 2026 is the year of the "Fire Horse" — symbolizing bravery, passion energy and independence, with the added element for ✨dramatic effect.✨ This applies intensity and invokes action, making this year a dynamic period of rapid change.
