Effective January 1, 2026, any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed in full. No show appointments will also be billed in full.

Even with 24 hours notice, it can be very difficult to rebook a cancelled appointment time- it becomes nearly impossible to do so with less than that.
