Happy 1st Birthday, Kind Wellness!

One year ago today I took my first clients at the studio. This last year has been the most fulfilling of my life. Owning a small business can be such a roller coaster but I am genuinely grateful for every up and down because either way, it is growth.

Thank you endlessly to every client that has supported me. Whether you’ve been a regular for years or you’re a new friend, I appreciate you trusting me and I don’t take a single minute that you spend on my table for granted.

I dreamt of having my own business since I started my career in massage therapy over 13 years ago. I looked for a space six years ago but I was so afraid to take the risk. But then I became more afraid of the regret I would have if I didn’t try. Always take the risk and try because it may just be the best thing you’ve ever done. ✨
