Getting back to our regular content - here's the schedule for group classes and a few social opportunities this coming week.

I'll post more about our upcoming Spring Equinox event in partnership with Peach Street Grill soon (but the event page and registration are already open on the website - don't miss your chance to snag a spot).

Lastly, don't worry - this page isn't going to become political. A dedicated space for that information that is public will be created very soon. Thanks for letting me borrow the storyline to help create the quick response needed to obtain the required signatures for my candidate petition.

Day 1 of petition collecting is DONE and I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Thank you to every single person who signed today - you're the reason this is happening.

One more push tomorrow, Sunday March 8. If you're in District 23 and want to see a real choice on the November ballot, come sign at Grow and Flow (106A Scott St, Tellico Plains) - I'll be there 10:30am–12:30pm. Takes two minutes. Means everything.

I’m back in the studio this week and so looking forward to practicing together again. With Tuesday’s full moon bringing illumination and renewal, it’s a beautiful time to reconnect, move, and breathe.

Grow & Flow has always been bigger than one teacher - it’s about shared practice and community.

While I’m on vacation this week, our incredible team is shifting to keep guiding all our regular classes. The rhythm may shift a little - stay with your practice. Keep your body moving as the cold settles in, and stay open if you find yourself with a new voice at the front of the room.

This community has been flowing for decades because we keep showing up — for ourselves and for each other.

This week we practice in honor of a beloved member of our community who unexpectedly and quickly passed away last Thursday, Marjorie Morris. She was never afraid to say exactly what she was feeling.

We had the privilege of being part of her journey over the past two years. It was a journey of awareness, laughter, questions, and growth.

We’re grateful we got to witness her becoming.

Margie reminded us often that yoga isn’t about getting it “right.”
It’s about staying curious.
About asking for help.
About learning your body — with honesty and humor.
She laughed.
She learned.
She grew.

We’re holding grief and gratitude at the same time.

This week, may we move gently.
May we stay curious.
May we smile when we can.
And may we carry her spirit of honest inquiry into every stretch, every breath.

You made a big impact on all of us Margie and will be missed. 💚

There’s something special about watching a wellness community evolve - new classes, new teachers, new energy 🌿 We celebrate all of it.

For more than two decades, this space has held a steady thread of practice and connection in Tellico Plains - originally as the Windhorse Center, later Windhorse Yoga, and, since 2002, as Grow and Flow. While the name has changed, the intention has always been the same: to offer a welcoming place to move, breathe, and belong.

Today, our six-day-a-week schedule, offered both in studio and online, reflects decades of listening, learning, and growing alongside this community.

🎆I hope the first few days of 2026 have been treating you well! Here's the upcoming schedule for the first full week of the year as we all start to shift back toward routine after a few fun holiday weeks.🎆

📓A few changes to note for the coming week and the rest of the month: 📓
🍷Snacks & Sips shifts back to Thursday evenings
⚠️Jeremy will be leading the Wednesday morning class while Barbara takes some time off

I've added some class "themes" to my classes to help you make the best choices for your goals and to honor where you're at in your movement journey.

All levels and all bodies are absolutely still welcome in any class - the best place to start (or restart) is whenever you can get yourself in the door! If you've got questions, let me know.
