🌟👏 Superstar Leader Award Spotlight: Jorge Maya 👏🌟

We are proud to recognize Jorge Maya, Plant Operations Manager, as the recipient of our Superstar Leader Award for his extraordinary leadership during an exceptionally challenging period.

During Q4 2025 and into Q1 2026, more than half of the Plant Operations team was out due to unforeseen circumstances. Please join us in congratulating Jorge Maya on this well-deserved Superstar Leader Award. Thank you, Jorge, for your exceptional leadership and service to TVH! 💙🎉

🌈🌸 Honoring Leah’s Legacy: 10th Annual Blood Drive 🌸🌈

On Saturday, March 28, Temecula Valley Hospital proudly hosted the 10th Annual Blood Drive in honor of Leah, held on what would have been her 36th birthday. Employees, community members, and friends gathered in the Heroes Community Room with a shared purpose—to give blood, save lives, and care for others, just as Leah did throughout her life. Each donation was a meaningful act of kindness, turning compassion into lifesaving action .

Reaching this 10th annual milestone is a powerful testament to the love and light Leah continues to inspire in our community. Through the generosity of our donors and our valued partnership with the American Red Cross, lifesaving blood donations were collected to help patients in need.

Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported this special tradition . Together, we honor Leah’s memory by spreading hope, healing, and kindness—one selfless act at a time.
