A founding physician of TVH and current Medical Director of Emergency Services, Dr. Kachhi brings deep clinical expertise, strong physician leadership, and a genuine passion for our hospital and community.

A UCLA graduate, Thomas Jefferson Medical School alum, and LA County/USC–trained emergency physician, Dr. Kachhi has been a cornerstone of TVH since day one. He also previously served as Chief of Staff from 2018–2020, leading key quality and physician well-being initiatives that continue to shape our hospital today.
