We love to see hard work paying off!

Autumn joined us with a goal in mind. Do 10 push-ups and perform a pull-up within a year.

Now she’s already completed 10 push-ups…so she upped the challenge. Complete 10 push-ups going all the way to the floor by the end of the year!

Today she was going all the way down and making it look easy!

Remember to set some non scale goals and celebrate non scale victories!
