Dear Helping Professionals, Do you work with children in foster care? Do you want an intervention that you can use to bring up difficult feelings that are all too common for this population? I wrote a book to aid helping professionals by getting these difficult conversations started. The book is titled But, it's not my fault...: A book to help children in foster care process difficult feelings.
It really pushes to indoctrinate a reduction of self blame and it normalizes some experiences that children in foster care often struggle with.
