Grounding: A way to release and receive all that Mother Earth has for us. On my morning walk I took a moment to simply ground. I took off my shoes and socks and stood in green grass, in the stillness of the rising. I inhaled prana and fully emptied my lungs of each breath.
My heart position was one of gratitude.
Why we ground:
Reduce cortisol- the stress hormone in our bodies that impacts a multitude of things. Including ability to sleep at night
To reconnect with the spirit within.
Release what is holding us back
Received vital nutrients from the earth the body is lacking.
Take a moment today to ground yourself.
