Then the other person’s role is simple:
✔️ Take accountability

Blessings Beautiful Soul…

You don’t have a mindset problem.
You have a state problem.

Your nervous system moves through three states:

When you feel safe, you’re calm and clear.
When you’re activated, you react.
And when you shut down, you disconnect.

So when you say, ‘I don’t know why I did that,’
it’s not a lack of awareness — your body took over.

You cannot access aligned thinking from a dysregulated state.

So don’t try to think better first.
Regulate first.

Dr. Lori Pitts founded SWW in 2017 after looking for a more effective way to help the clients she serves. Having a Master's Degree in Professional Clinical Counseling, and a doctorate in metaphysics, clients of SWW will have the confidence in knowing that they will receive services from a trained counselor.
