Thank you to every soul who has stepped onto their mat with me, who has trusted me to hold space for your breath, your movement, your release.

Thank you to those who have allowed themselves to rest deeply in sound, to soften, to receive, to transform. It’s an honor every single time I guide you — whether through meditation, yoga or the frequencies of the bowls.

Thank you to my husband, my family and my friends for never giving up on me following my dreams.

Your presence, your energy, your willingness to show up for yourself… it means more than I can ever put into words.

While I was enjoying my daily grounding, I was in awe of our blooming Aloe Vera plant. 🌿

With the majestic colors drawing in the cute little bees, they were savoring the nectar from the flowers that only bloom in the winter. 🐝

Then I saw the bird house hanging on for dear life. . .

This reminded me that our foundation grounds us and while there may be movement out of our control, we will stay strong as long as we have the support. ✨

Every time I play the bowls, I’m transported to a serene and beautiful space that feels both peaceful and magical. Each session is a unique experience, just like us, with our own beautiful individuality.

When I’m in my element, I let the vibrations flow, allowing the sound to fill the air and resonate deeply. After each session, I feel as though I’m floating, filled with joy and gratitude from sharing my love and passion. This is what life is about—loving what we do and sharing that passion with the world 🤍

Healing Power of Nature’s Scents 🌿

It’s widely recognized that spending time in nature makes us feel better. However, a study by the University of Kent in the UK was the first to highlight the crucial role that our sense of smell plays in this experience.

In the study, 194 participants spent time outdoors across all four seasons. The findings revealed that natural scents significantly influenced various aspects of well-being—physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual—by evoking feelings of relaxation, comfort, and rejuvenation.

Interestingly, around 75% of the emotions we experience daily are influenced by the scents around us. This is unique among the senses due to the way our brain processes smell. Scents can trigger emotions and enhance our sense of well-being because they directly connect to the amygdala, the brain’s emotional center.

As you go through your day, take note of how the scents around you affect your mood. Like a muscle, our sense of smell can be strengthened with use. You’ll start noticing more smells in your environment and how they make you feel. Seek out the aromas that bring you calm, happiness, and a sense of uplift.

Knowing this, we should be more intentional about using our sense of smell.

I am so excited that you are here and have decided to take me along on your journey!

I am a compassionate, spiritual, loving person. I want to create abundance by empowering women to love themselves in their own, unique beauty with positive vibes, beautiful souls, while loving one another. We have lost this personal interaction and I am on a mission to light the fire within each and everyone to love themselves from the inside out.

I suffer from Chronic Migraines, Adrenal Fatigue, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Celiac Disease as well as Fibromyalgia which are autoimmune diseases. I was weak, in pain, stressed, had no energy and had no desire to workout and be healthy. On my journey over the past 12 years, I have learned to support myself with natural holistic remedies, practice yoga & work out daily, eat clean, healthy recipes and with no prescription drugs.
