Deb’s Sunday Blog (4-12-26)
Greetings from YFL!!! It is Triple ‘R’ week!!! It is time to restore, renew, and relax with lots of props!!! Our Sanskrit focus is ‘Sitali’, or the cooling breath. This Pranayama technique promotes cooling down the physical body, tranquillity, and stress release. Our mudra (hand gesture) is ‘Ushas’, or to connect to all things good!!!
This week’s Yin practice is ‘Happy Hips’, and will release stress, and negative emotions from this major joint!!!
* 4/13-Join Deb for ‘Mindfulness Monday’ from 9:15-9:30 a.m. for a short, guided meditation.
* 5/2-World Labyrinth Day…we walk our local labyrinth at 1:00 p.m.!!!
* Join Deb every Sunday for a new guided meditation on her YouTube channel. It is FREE!!! This week’s Sankalpa is ‘Cooling Breath’.
