We are deeply grateful for the generosity of our community. Your gifts of time, financial support, and belief in our mission help ensure that no one faces cancer alone. Because of you, we are able to serve our clients with care, compassion, and dignity every day.
As the year comes to a close and tax deadlines approach, we invite you to consider a year-end gift that helps meet immediate needs and sustain our no-cost programs.
Ways to give:
• Make a Donation
Gifts by cash, check, or credit card must be received or postmarked by December 31, 2025, to qualify for a 2025 tax deduction.
https://lnkd.in/gUXSP56t
• Give Through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
If you are age 73 or older and required to take a Required Minimum Distribution, a QCD allows you to direct up to $105,000 from your IRA to a qualified charity, potentially reducing taxable income. The SECURE Act 2.0 also allows a one-time QCD of up to $50,000 to a charitable remainder trust or charitable gift annuity.
• Join or Increase Your Wings of Hope Giving
Wings of Hope members provide reliable support through monthly, quarterly, or annual gifts, starting at just $10 per month.
Join or learn more at https://lnkd.in/gUXSP56t
If you’d like assistance with year-end giving, please contact Amber Berkey, Fundraising and Development Officer, at Amber@MichellesPlace.org
or (951) 699-5455.
Thank you for helping ensure that no one faces cancer alone.

🎄✨ The 2025 Michelle’s Place Annual Christmas Showdown… GINGERBREAD EDITION! ✨🎄

Last year it was wreaths. This year - gingerbread chaos. Each of our nine all-star competitors got the same kit and one rule: if you can’t eat it, you can’t use it.

After a very intense, icing-dripping, gumdrop-engineering battle… a winner has been crowned!

🏆And for the second year in a row, she reigns supreme:
Gingerbread Queen Miriam Crocker — our Communications Coordinator!

She defended her title with style, strategy, and an alarming level of innovation. It was so, so close. But Miriam pulled ahead and showed yet again, that gingerbread brilliance is just one piece of her growing creative legacy.

Huge cheers to all nine fearless competitors for making this the sweetest showdown yet.

Same time next year? Bring your game face… and your appetite.

to Michelle’s last Christmas and her wish was a live Christmas tree. 🎄
That tree reminds us that even in the hardest moments, we can thrive, persevere, and find joy.
At Michelle’s Place, we carry that spirit forward every day, bringing hope and strength to families facing cancer.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. ✨

“In the eyes of children we find the joy of Christmas; in their hearts we find the meaning.”

Because of our generous sponsors, our Very Merry Christmas event was filled with winter snow magic, sweet treats, laughter, and a special visit from Mr. & Mrs. Claus. Most importantly, it gave our client families a chance to pause, smile, and simply enjoy being together during a season that can feel especially heavy.

Thank you Sponsors, MP Volunteers, Board Members, Staff and Elves that sponsored a child, for helping us create a night of wonder, warmth, and pure joy for the families we serve. 🎄Check out our photos on Facebook! https://www.facebook.com/MichellesPlaceCRC/photos_by
