🩷 To all those impacted by cancer - mark your calendars!

On Sat 4/11 - Gather and Grow - a free event for the cancer community hosted by both Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers and Chemo Companions There will be a mixture of talks/discussions, plus a bunch of mindfulness experiences such as yoga, tai chi, yoga nidra and sound healing. A great day to get out and do something fun and healing!

I will be here guiding a mini version of my Time to Thrive Sound Healing from 11-1130am.

Peace of Mind: A Mindfulness Experience, in honor of International Women's Day
This event is designed to reflect on the mental and emotional challenges that women face daily, and provide practical tools to support resilience and balance.

While this event is dedicated towards challenges women encounter, ALL are welcome to attend.
