It can minimize the side effects of active treatment, offer nervous system regulation, deep relaxation and you can bring a loved one or friend with you!

On Sat 4/11 Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers and Chemo Companions have partnered to host a free event for the cancer community. A mixture of talks and mindfulness experiences. A great opportunity to learn, to connect your yourself and others!

I'll be here guiding a mini version of my Time to Thrive Sound Healing class from 11-1130. I usually offer this class on 1st Wednesdays of each month from 2p-330p at Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers - 8880 E Desert Cove in Scottsdale.

A great day to get out and do something fun and healing!
