Trainer Spotlight:
KAYLA HUSHKA Trainer/Female Fitness Specialist
Kayla has explored everything from running, cycle classes, kickboxing, zumba, body weight programs, hot yoga classes and strength training. Nothing changed her life more than hiring a personal trainer in 2016.
Motivated by her learning she pursued group fitness coaching at F45 for 2 years while working a full time job. There she established a connection with the women in her classes and helped them discover their love for fitness. Kayla left her full time corporate job in 2021 to become a full time personal trainer. Now she runs her own small group and private training sessions. She has devoted her career to helping women find confidence, happiness and success in the same way she did. Even to this day Kayla continues to learn and grow her knowledge base on functional, safe and effective strategies to improve overall wellness for her and her clients.
Outside of the gym, she spends time investing in her mind, relationships and trying new experiences. She has logged thousands of hours listening to podcasts, enjoys reading novels, creating yummy healthy recipes and has tried almost every coffee shop in Arizona.
