The Centers for Habilitation has been empowering people with disabilities since 1967.

We provide a variety of care options for people with disabilities from habilitation, respite, group homes and day programs to work shop environments and employment opportunities in the community.

Last week we put on our very first TCH camp day! Despite the very warm weather, our entire day program had a blast making bracelets, tie-dying shirts, hearing fun tales, and so much more.

We've had a front-row seat to Catherine Alonzo writing The Changemaker’s Toolkit, and we're so excited it’s finally launching this week. 💚🧡

Catherine has been instrumental in shaping our organization’s identity. By defining our core values and cultivating a more inclusive culture, she has significantly enhanced the experience for both our employees and the individuals we support.

This book is for anyone who wants to make a difference but sometimes feels overwhelmed by the state of the world. It’s practical, hopeful, and grounded in real experience.

We are still feeling the impact of the Cardinals Climb for Special Needs this past Saturday. It was an incredible day spent supporting a great cause!

A couple of days ago, our CEO, Jeffrey Bernick, met with more than half of the members of Arizona's legislature to discuss funding and other critical industry issues.

Alongside him were representatives from Goodman Schwartz Public Affairs, who serve as vital AAPPD lobbyists and industry advocates.

TCH provides services that support, care for and empower adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Services improve the quality of life, alleviate barriers to independence, and help Arizonans of all ages reach their full potential.

We take pride in finding new and relevant ways to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities while promoting their independence and self-determination. Our dedicated and caring staff members work to encourage clients to make their own choices, gain confidence and control over their own lives, improve their abilities, and overcome barriers to quality living.
