That's exactly why we created Menopause Mommas—a judgment-free zone where we can walk, talk, laugh, and support each other through this season of life that nobody seems to want to talk about openly. Because here's the truth: menopause doesn't have to be something we suffer through in silence or joke about like it's some kind of inconvenience. It's a transition, and like any transition, it's better when you have your people beside you.

Every 4th Sunday, we're getting together for Mood Walks at 10:00 AM. We're moving our bodies, getting that fresh air, and celebrating this incredible phase of life. This isn't about complaining or dwelling on the hard parts—this is about recognizing the beauty and honor of making it to this space. This is about celebrating the wisdom we've earned, the strength we've built, and the freedom that comes with this season.

No pressure, no judgment, just women supporting women with positivity and love. Whether you're in perimenopause, full-on menopause, or post-menopause, you belong here. Whether you're discovering new parts of yourself or rediscovering old dreams, you belong here. This is a space where we remind each other of our power, our worth, and the incredible gift it is to be in this season of life.

This is about more than just a walk. It's about creating community that uplifts and celebrates who we are becoming. It's about reclaiming our joy, embracing our transformation, and honoring the journey. It's about great vibes with your support tribe—women who see the beauty in this transition and choose to walk through it with grace, laughter, and love.

I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes because this is exactly what I envisioned when I decided to bring back our vision board circles. This is what connection and community look like. This is what happens when women say YES to themselves and to each other.

When I posted about having just 2 tickets left, then down to 1, I held my breath hoping the right women would find their way to us. And you did. Every single spot is now filled with a woman who's ready to start 2026 with intention, surrounded by sisterhood.

Here's a fun fact about me: Every year, I used to gather with my girls for vision board nights. We'd pour wine, share dreams, and create these beautiful declarations for our lives—something for the mind, body, spirit, and our relationships. We'd sit surrounded by magazines, glue sticks, and so much love. 2018 was the last time we all got together. Life happened. My friend moved away. We all got caught up in the beautiful chaos of our daily grind.

I kept making vision boards throughout the years, sometimes solo when inspiration struck, sometimes at my cousin's annual event. But something was missing. That connection. That energy you only get when women come together and hold space for each other's dreams.

As I'm declaring 2026 my year of completion and connection, I decided it was time to bring this magic back—not just for me, but for all of us who've been craving that sisterhood, that community where we can show up exactly as we are.

So I'm hosting a Community Vision Board Circle on January 3rd, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Tricky Royalty in Tempe. We're going to start the year the right way—with intention, with support, with women who get it.
