Before the sound, we breathe.

Gentle breath work helps keep the body safe. It settles your nervous system, quiets your mind, & softens the edges of your day.

When sound follows, it’s received by a calmer, more open system. Not as stimulation, but as harmony. Vibrations gently guiding everything back into balance.

This is why breath & sound work so beautifully together. One prepares the body to receive, while the other reminds it how to restore itself.
