Things I would tell you as a naturopathic doctor, if I wasn’t afraid of hurting your feelings 👇🏽

1. Your online Food sensitivity isn’t legit (But Leaky gut is absolutely a real thing. And we know how to heal it)
2. An extra course in integrative or holistic health can’t touch a Naturopathic doctor’s education.
3. Buying something off the web, even if you “know a guy” that you’re going to inject in your body is NOT smart or safe. Ever.
4. If your doctor doesn’t validate that what you’re going through is legit and real for you, get a new doctor who is capable of listening and figuring it out.
