The world feels heavy right now. And even with everything I know, everything I practice, everything I offer others... I struggle too.

I wrote something this week that came straight from my heart - something I probably should have kept in my journal. But I didn't, because I feel compelled to reach out and try to help.

The feelings of freeze, the fear, the guilt about planning for the future, the doom scrolling - and what is actually helping me find my way back to solid ground.

If you've been feeling the weight of it all lately too - sometimes just knowing you aren't alone helps.

Tomorrow I turn 57. 🎂
And if this birthday has taught me anything, it's this - I spent way too many years waiting for "then".

When things slow down. When I reach the next level. When the kids are grown. When I finally feel ready.

Then never came. It kept moving. And while I was waiting, life was happening anyway.

If any part of this resonates, I wrote something today that I've been wanting to put into words for a long time. It's personal, it's honest, and it's for anyone who has ever lost themselves in the doing.
