✨Full-Time Clinical Coordinator Position Opening✨

Our beloved Lydia is movin on up and starting her masters level clinical internship with us, which means her position as clinical coordinator is opening!

This position is *so* important. It is truly the heartbeat of our practice . As our clinical coordinator, you’ll:

🪴guide all new clients through the process of starting therapy with us, and provide referrals when appropriate.

🪴support our amazing group of therapists with administrative things like scheduling, paperwork, and treatment coordination

🪴participate in clinical staffings and provide input when necessary

🪴assist Jaime (founder) with various tasks including marketing, social media, monthly newsletters, etc.

🪴help manage the office - water plants, manage supplies, decorate for birthdays!

This position is full-time hourly, and is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, sick and vacation paid time off and 4 holidays paid time off per year.

🫶🏼We value our employees immensely at Find Your Shine, and are looking for someone interested in a long-term position with opportunities for growth.
