Take some time to slow down and take care of yourself. This world will go on without you if you’re not here. But it would be a much better place if you felt good and you were here. Imagine all of the good works that you can do if you felt good versus doing the same amount of work and not feeling good.

Here are some tips to help you prepare for a massage session:
